At Door to Door, we want you to love your home essentials; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. All returned products must be in their original packaging and in unused condition to qualify for processing.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to your inbox for you to print and securely attach to your return package.

• 3.
  Package and Ship

  Place the items in their original boxes with all protective padding included and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
